Shauna graduated from West Texas A&M University with a degree in Music Business/Arts Administration. Upon graduation, she worked for Houston Grand Opera as Manager of the company’s young artist program (Houston Opera Studio). After staying home to raise her children, Shauna turned her talents toward Real Estate. She began her career as a Sales Consultant for Tilson Custom Homes in Texas, where she sold over 85 homes. During that time, she established herself as one of the company’s top consultants by sweeping their customer service awards. Shauna earned these awards by working hard and listening to her clients in order to design and build their dream homes. Shauna has extensive knowledge in the home building process, and is quite familiar with construction materials and land development. With approximately eight years of combined experience, Shauna has a unique appreciation for houses and is thrilled when she finds the perfect home for her buyers. She also strives to sell her listings quickly, while negotiating the best possible sales price on behalf of her sellers.
Shauna and her husband, Guinn, have three grown children. Both of their sons graduated from Texas A&M University. Their daughter graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder. Shauna enjoys hiking, music, and playing golf.
