In 1997, I moved away from the hustle and bustle of Houston, Texas to find an education and a place to satisfy my love of the outdoors. However, this was not my first exposure to the Four Corners area having been blessed to spend time in the San Juan Mountains while attending a local summer camp during the late 1980’s. This experience stuck with me. After relocating, my original plans entailed staying in the area to finish my degree at Fort Lewis College. But after only a couple of weeks, I knew Durango was going to be a difficult place to leave. I have been truly lucky to call this area my home ever since.
After spending the better part of a decade in the restaurant industry, I decided to take my affinity for customer service to a new arena…Real Estate. I have found this to be a very rewarding transition as I am able to work closely with people who need my expertise on the area. I enjoy sharing my enthusiasm for Durango with my clients and relating this enthusiasm back to the many reasons I live here…quality of life, wonderful climate and the great people.
When I am away from the office, you may find me standing in one of our many spectacular local trout streams, or sharing some quality time with friends out on the golf course. Either way, I am usually outside enjoying the sunshine! I have also supported many community related and national organizations such as Trout Unlimited and the local Adaptive Sports Association with my time or money.
I offer a strong work ethic, sound communication skills, and a passion for the area and area Real Estate. I’m lucky to say that I have developed many lasting friendships while representing people in their Real Estate transactions. I feel very fortunate to live in such a wonderful community, and look forward to assisting others in finding their DREAM…
