Born and raised in Kansas, Janice practiced law for over 20 years as a partner in the Kansas City law firm of Lathrop and Gage before “retiring” and moving with her husband to beautiful Durango, Colorado.

Janice says she is blessed to have found a second career in real estate and to work as a licensed broker with Don Ricedorff and his Team at the Wells Group. Having discovered the dream location of Durango, Colorado, Janice says it is such a pleasure as a Realtor to help others put down roots here.
